BREVESSA offers manual coffee tools and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to present product photographs, colors, dimensions, materials, features, and descriptions accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, and device displays.

Customers should review all product descriptions, specifications, care information, and safety instructions before purchasing or using a product.

Product information, pricing, and availability may be updated without prior notice. We may discontinue a product or limit available quantities at any time.

Section 3 — Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is accepted after payment has been successfully authorized and an order confirmation has been issued. We reserve the right to reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or inaccurate customer information.

If we cancel an order after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please review your products, quantities, shipping address, billing information, and contact details before submitting an order.

Section 4 — Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed and processed in United States Dollars (USD $), unless otherwise stated during checkout.

The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is placed. Applicable taxes will be shown during checkout when required.

BREVESSA accepts only the payment methods displayed as available during checkout. Available payment methods may change over time.

Payment processing is governed by our Payment Policy.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

BREVESSA currently delivers to eligible addresses within the United States and provides free shipping on all orders.

Order processing, transit estimates, tracking, delivery procedures, and address requirements are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will provide reasonable assistance when a shipment is reported as lost or delayed.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, subject to applicable law.

Section 6 — Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before shipment. Once an order has shipped, the standard return procedure applies.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery according to our return requirements. We do not offer direct exchanges. Approved returns are free, and no restocking fee applies.

We may correct errors and update information when identified. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will take reasonable steps to notify the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation and a refund.

A failure to enforce any provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Missouri and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that apply to you.
